Hey, it’s a puzzle! The end mechanic might be a little too vague, but there is only so much you can do at that point anyway.
When you think you have the answer, enter it as the password at this page to confirm. Good luck!

Happy Halloween everyone! I’m a little sad that October is over already. It was kind of a whirlwind month for me and I feel like I didn’t really take full advantage of it! Oh well, there’s always next year!
As for tonight, I’m going to enjoy watching my favorite horror movie and see if any trick-or-treaters come by. If you’re in a puzzling mood, try your hand at my Halloween puzzle below! When you think you have the answer, enter it as the password (all lower-case) at this link. Good luck!
**EDIT** Caught a mistake, updated!
Last weekend marked the first day of autumn, my favorite season! Here is an appropriately-themed puzzle to kick off your weekend. Go out and do something autumnal!

Blarg! I spent all morning trying to come up with a cool flower puzzle and got nowhere, so have this lame flower puzzle instead.
You should come up with the name of my favorite, but for the answer you’ll need to move one up the tree. Enter your answer here. Happy Friday!
To start off your Monday right, here’s a little puzzle to solve! I’ve gotta warn you though, it was made at 4:30am after a busy busy busy busy weekend, so solve at your own risk!

So I’ve become a huge fan of the United States women’s national soccer team (USWNT) since watching the Women’s World Cup last year. They’re an amazing, tenacious team and so entertaining to watch! You might have heard about some of their heart-stoppingly dramatic games in the Women’s World Cup, or maybe their recent comeback from two down to beat France 4-2 in the Olympics group round. Out of the four summer games in which women’s soccer has been an Olympic event (just four, what took the world so long?), USWNT has taken home three golds and one silver, and they’re favored for the gold again this year.
All of the quarterfinal matches are today, and the US will be playing New Zealand at 9:30am EST. (Though the big game-to-watch will be World Cup winners Japan vs Brazil at noon). Do try to check out a USWNT game before the Olympics are over, you won’t regret it!
Today is one of those days where I can only muster up a blog post if it’s related to the topic buzzing loudly in my brain, so get to know the US Women’s National Team with this little puzzle. There is a bit of a tricky step, but there is a hint on the puzzle image. When you’ve solved it, enter your answer as the password to this webpage to confirm. Be sure to condense your password to five characters. Good luck! (Bonus points if you can name my favorite player, use the comments below to guess).
A new experiment today, channeling all the research-style visual puzzles I “grew up” with on The Stone. Can you figure out the mystery location referenced in this image? (Friends who know me, no cheating!) Leave your answer in spoiler tags in the comments. Good luck!
Happy Independence Day to everyone state-side! I hope you all have a great day with friends and family and food! It’s so dry and hot where I am that we’re actually on a burn ban and won’t have any fireworks this year, so I made some in Photoshop! (*Edited in the interest of elegance!) Have a great day =)
P.S. I’m so sorry if this is like..the world’s worst puzzle ever. I didn’t have much time to work on it, and the concept is probably terrible, and it might even be broken, and I’m so so sorry! Haha.
It’s been a while since I posted a puzzle, so here is another connection puzzle like my previous one. I think this one is a lot easier, and I’m sure the idea has been done before, but hopefully it is a fun diversion in the middle of the work week. =) The answer is an English word.

The fun thing about having a puzzle/mystery blog is that whenever I can’t think of a good idea for a blog post, I can always just make a puzzle! I got a small idea for a puzzle element this morning and decided to run with it and design a larger puzzle around it. It’s quite short, but I hope it’s at least a little bit fun. I enjoyed making it! =) I should take advantage of my many Adobe products more often!
